Release of Information Specialist - Health Information (on-site)

**This is an on-site role, not a remote position. RHIT certification required.**. Acts as custodian of records for release of medical records, according to state and federal regulations, as well as hospital department policies and procedures. Responds to and processes all types of releases including Subpoenas and Court Orders within the legal time allotted and/or by hospital policy.
