• Create a classroom culture that nurtures each child’s individuality while promoting curiosity and confidence.
• Provide a structured yet playful environment through intentional, developmentally appropriate activities.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to align with program goals and best practices.
• Maintain regular, positive communication with families through daily updates, reports, and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, licensing regulations, and developmental standards.
