What you'll do

• Prepare the classroom and orientation materials
• proctor New Employee Orientation
• review welcome kits
• verify Form I-9 documents and complete the employer section
• administer drug tests
• initiate onboarding documents in the applicant tracking system
• ensure required forms are complete
• update employee records and compliance codes in WinTeam
• enter direct deposit information
• ensure new hires complete orientation lessons and final exam
• enter rehires and update employee information.
