What you'll do

• Perform thorough HVAC inspections and repairs or replacements to applicable codes
• arrange required parts and prepare for service appointments
• submit purchase orders to dispatch or designated purchasing administrators
• communicate with customers about questions, concerns, and problems
• train, coach, and mentor apprentices
• troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, and duct-system problems.

Why this role

Flexible schedules include on-call technician options Friday–Monday, 1 p.m. until calls are complete, or Monday–Friday, 1 p.m. until calls are complete; a Friday–Monday day-shift option is also listed. The Friday–Monday options guarantee 40 hours. EPA certification and a valid driver’s license are required; NATE certification and HVAC certification or diploma are preferred.
