What you'll do

• Maintain empathetic and respectful client contact
• advise clients and guide legal support staff

• prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court if needed
• negotiate settlements
• draft complaints, briefs, and motions
• attend hearings and argue motions
• take and defend discovery and trial depositions
• prepare for and attend mediation
• handle trial preparation.
