Director of Physical Therapy

What you'll do

• Lead outpatient physical therapy services and clinical operations
• complete evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
• create treatment plans based on diagnosis, function, and patient goals
• treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, balance, pain, and mobility concerns
• guide clinical staff on care planning and documentation
• review records for compliance and quality
• assist with workflow, scheduling coordination, and patient communication.
