What you'll do

• Lead and supervise the Electronic Warfare business development team
• develop customer relationships and win new business
• create and implement capture plans
• assess markets, opportunities, and competitors
• identify customer requirements, funding sources, contract vehicles, and decision-makers
• prepare forecasts and strategic plans
• coordinate with Product Line Management
• support marketing collateral and regulatory compliance.
