What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and emergency response
• conduct foot or vehicle patrols of building interiors, grounds, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas
• monitor access and verify visitor and contractor authorization
• respond to incidents and alarms
• document observations, patrols, and incidents
• communicate with property management and onsite stakeholders.
