The Patient Server role is onsite at The Seasons Alexandria in Alexandria, KY. Pay is $15–$16 per hour. Morrison Living’s culinary team supports food service for patients and contributes to the lives of those it serves. The role helps meet patients’ meal needs by collecting menu selections, assembling and delivering trays, accommodating diet orders and food preferences within prescribed guidelines, and coordinating with nursing staff and dietitians.

What you'll do

• Take patient menu selections before meals
• follow dietary restrictions and offer permitted alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, and cultural, ethnic, or religious preferences
• assemble trays accurately and promptly
• coordinate with nursing staff to confirm diet prescriptions and food needs
• retrieve trays
• maintain current patient information
• assist dietitians with monitoring patients who are NPO, on liquid diets, or have calorie counts
• communicate patient concerns
• follow confidentiality, sanitation, HACCP, safety, and infection-control procedures.
