Maintenance Supervisor / Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Supervisor / Technician role is onsite in Cleveland, OH, with compensation of $34–$36 per hour. The position reports to the Operations Manager and supports production equipment, associated support equipment, offices, and plant facilities. The role leads maintenance staff and maintains equipment and facilities to support safe, efficient production, reduce delays, and improve equipment reliability.

What you'll do

• Train, coach, direct, and schedule maintenance personnel
• assign planned maintenance work
• maintain the work-order system and parts inventory
• assist with equipment setup, installation, repair, troubleshooting, and overhauls
• oversee preventive maintenance
• track department KPIs
• coordinate with suppliers and other departments
• support safety compliance and facility maintenance.
