What you'll do

• Coordinate with client and design representatives, trade contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and other external parties. Work with the General Superintendent on union communications, jurisdictional disputes, manpower, and equipment. Support the onsite project team and resolve construction problems. Supervise craft employees and contractors, manage productivity and resources, and participate in schedule development, job-cost and budget management, performance evaluations, purchase requisitions, field design changes, RFIs, and submittals. Support project procedures, quality control, safety, and corrective actions
• supervise Assistant Superintendents.
