SNAP EBT Planning Consultant

Job overview

The SNAP EBT Planning Consultant role is remote, with required travel to South Dakota for project activities. Pay is $50 per hour. The consultant supports planning, procurement, implementation, and testing of South Dakota’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Electronic Benefits Transfer system.

What you'll do

• Review and update SNAP EBT request-for-proposal documentation
• develop project timelines and evaluation plans
• prepare Advanced Planning Documents and updates for USDA/FNS review
• coordinate with state stakeholders and federal agencies
• plan and coordinate system testing, including user acceptance and system acceptance testing
• develop test materials and acceptance criteria
• assess test results and gaps
• prepare written evaluation reports.
