Front Desk Guest Services Agent

Job overview

What you'll do

• Check in guests and confirm payment and special requests
• communicate VIP and guest needs to departments
• complete guest transactions
• maintain knowledge of amenities and events
• promote hotel programs and upgrades when appropriate
• handle cash and credit transactions
• follow procedures for charges, deposits, and refunds
• solicit guest feedback
• answer calls and assist with reservations, questions, and directions.
