What you'll do

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold warehouse employees accountable
• allocate labor based on workload
• monitor productivity, throughput, accuracy, quality, and KPIs
• enforce processes and safety requirements
• manage attendance and performance
• document coaching and corrective actions
• oversee picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory
• use the WMS
• investigate and resolve operational issues
• coordinate with other departments
• conduct shift handoffs
• communicate staffing needs
• prepare operational reports.
