What you'll do

• Manage apartment leasing from initial contact through move-in
• maintain knowledge of rents, pricing, vacancies, floorplans, and lease expirations
• conduct tours
• process deposits, rent, and move-in fees
• follow up with prospects and maintain guest cards
• monitor leads and advertisements
• participate in marketing activities
• support leasing and renewal goals
• maintain leasing paperwork, reports, and resident files
• follow Fair Housing laws.
