What you'll do

• Prospect and network with candidates and clients
• develop recruiting strategies for open client positions
• research prospective clients and create marketing plans to win new business and grow existing accounts. Schedule and attend candidate interviews and client meetings, maintain relationships through prospecting calls, negotiate fees and pay rates, and close deals in line with company goals.
