The floater assists lead teachers with classroom activities and supervision across different classes as needed. The role helps children participate in classroom routines, supports their daily needs, and maintains clean, stocked learning spaces.

What you'll do

• Assist the lead teacher with activity preparation and classroom stations
• supervise children inside and outside the classroom
• help children with coats, shoes, and toileting
• assist with projects and circle time
• redirect disruptive children to activities when needed
• set out snacks and lunch
• clean tables and classroom areas
• and keep rooms stocked and orderly.
