What you'll do

• Lead HR execution at assigned hotels
• partner on workforce planning, recruiting, selection, onboarding, and offboarding
• support employee engagement and retention
• coach managers on policies and employment practices
• administer policies and continuous improvement
• oversee employee relations and investigations
• lead performance and talent management
• support compensation, benefits, and recognition
• coordinate training and compliance
• maintain HRIS, records, reporting, and data integrity
• monitor employment compliance and risk
• support leave, accommodations, safety, and workplace matters
• contribute to operational and financial planning
• lead hotel administrative assistants.
