What you'll do
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager questions
- coach managers
- support employee relations and performance processes
- recruit for hourly, skilled, production, warehouse, maintenance, and other operational roles
- coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding
- support payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and HRIS questions
- maintain records and support compliance, engagement, reporting, and continuous improvement.
