What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations and workflow across both MRI facilities
• manage staffing assignments, schedules, and coverage
• maintain standards, policies, processes, and procedures
• supervise, coach, and develop staff
• collaborate with the MRI Director on recruiting and onboarding
• communicate operational updates
• support staffing assessments, scheduling improvements, and training
• oversee quality assurance and control
• recommend and implement approved process improvements
• assist with inventory and supply ordering.

Why this role

Full-time role. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of customer service experience, and 1–3 years of supervisory experience. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree and healthcare management or billing experience preferred.
