What you'll do

• Maintain an on-site recruiting presence across assigned facilities
• partner with HR, Directors of Nursing, and administrators on hiring needs
• plan and attend job fairs and hiring events
• screen applications and conduct interviews
• build relationships with nursing schools, CNA programs, and community partners
• manage social media presence for recruitment
• support candidates through hiring and onboarding
• track recruiting activity and hiring progress
• follow up with applicants and share qualified candidates across facilities.
