The Grounds Maintenance — Lawn Care & Landscape Technician role is onsite in Howell, MI; compensation is stated as starting at $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience. The position supports Turf Masters Lawn & Landscape’s residential and commercial property maintenance services. The role exists to maintain the appearance and health of clients’ outdoor spaces while completing work safely and efficiently. Duties combine mowing, lawn care, landscaping, property cleanup, equipment operation, and basic equipment checks and maintenance.

What you'll do

• Operate commercial mowers
• perform lawn care, trimming, weed control, planting, mulching, sod installation, and landscape improvements
• drive and operate equipment and maintenance vehicles
• clear clippings, leaves, and debris
• perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
• follow safety procedures.
