Accountant (Hybrid)

The Accountant (Hybrid) role is hybrid in Colorado Springs, CO, with two to three days per week in the office and remaining days remote. Pay is $28–$30 per hour. Outreach equips churches and ministry leaders worldwide through technology, resources, and services. The part-time Accountant prepares financial statements, reconciles accounts, analyzes financial data, and supports accurate, compliant accounting records. The work helps the Finance team maintain reliable financial information and improve accounting operations.

What you'll do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• maintain and analyze accounting records and account activity
• complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• review financial information for accuracy and compliance
• assist with accounting operations and process improvements
• coordinate accounting activities with other departments
• research and resolve accounting issues
• protect sensitive financial information
• support team members as needed.
