Affordable Housing Portfolio Compliance Manager

What you'll do

• Review regulatory compliance records and certification packets
• conduct program assessments and compliance reviews
• support onsite teams with documentation and reporting
• complete annual reporting
• maintain resident files and records in property management software
• support refinancing and lease-up paperwork
• prepare compliance reports
• communicate with external agencies and internal departments
• train and supervise staff
• attend required compliance training and seminars
• make frequent property visits, including occasional overnight travel.
