The role also leads procurement staff, supplier negotiations and performance, inventory and cost management, ERP processes, and plant supply-chain initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead plant procurement operations across direct, indirect, and capital spend
• guide procurement specialists and supply chain planners
• align strategies with plant and business-unit goals
• manage sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance
• monitor metrics
• oversee ERP procurement processes, forecasting, inventory, cost management, and cycle counts
• lead related projects and initiatives.
