ABA Case Supervisor

Job overview

The ABA Case Supervisor role is onsite in Dublin, CA, with work at assigned home, school, community, and clinical placements in the San Francisco Bay Area. Compensation is $28–$35 per hour. Behavior Nation provides ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. The supervisor manages cases in the field by overseeing clinical programs, training and supporting Behavior Technicians, and educating caregivers. The role helps deliver individualized ABA services, maintain reliable communication and documentation, and support continuity of care across settings.

What you'll do

• Develop and oversee clinical programs
• supervise, train, and support Behavior Technicians
• provide caregiver and family training
• produce client programs, reports, and supervision documents
• provide peer coverage and direct therapy when needed if a BI is absent and no other coverage is available
• lead or attend clinical team and training meetings
• maintain timely communication and paperwork
• comply with company policies, procedures, timelines, and budgets.
