The Publisher Development Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with a portfolio of publisher accounts. This role exists to drive a world-class partner experience that builds trust, retention, and loyalty.

What you'll do

• Meet publisher account growth targets to increase publisher revenue.
• Create development plans for the assigned book of business.
• Identify, propose and support new matchmaking efforts for publishers with Impact advertiser partners.
• Identify and escalate publisher challenges early.
• Analyze publisher data quarterly to ensure publishers are engaged and growing.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams at Impact.
