What you'll do

• Enter patient and visit information accurately in the Athena EMR
• support billing, claim correction, and documentation
• verify insurance eligibility
• manage outstanding accounts receivable workflows for patient balances and insurance follow-up
• communicate with billing staff and insurers
• provide administrative support
• maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
