What you'll do

• Lead, supervise, mentor, and train housekeeping staff
• conduct team meetings
• oversee cleaning and maintenance schedules
• inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
• manage supplies, linens, and amenities
• order supplies and maintain inventory records
• resolve guest complaints and requests
• coordinate with other departments
• ensure health and safety compliance and proper PPE and chemical use
• manage budgets and staff records
• assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.
