What you'll do

• Develop organizational vision, strategic plans, and annual business plans with the board
• oversee programs, finances, fundraising, budgeting, and controls
• coordinate with economic development groups and community partners
• represent the Chamber to public officials and business organizations
• lead marketing and communications
• oversee staff hiring, development, and performance
• maintain transparent and effective board relations.
