What you'll do

• Manage Tax Office operations
• oversee billing, collection, accounting, reconciliation, and disbursement of ad valorem taxes
• administer delinquent-property tax sales
• supervise accounting and reporting of court fees, fines, bonds, and costs
• maintain financial controls and policies
• prepare reports and reconciliations
• coordinate audits
• supervise and develop staff
• respond to taxpayer and public inquiries
• monitor legislative and regulatory changes.
