Job overview
The Compliance Program Manager role is hybrid in El Segundo, CA, with four days in the office and one day working from home; travel is as needed. Compensation is not specified. The manager turns compliance requirements and approved initiatives into implementation plans, tracks readiness and evidence, coordinates training, and supports consistent execution across centers and departments. The role also supervises assigned Compliance Analysts and works with cross-functional partners on center openings, policy implementation, and process improvement.
What you'll do
- Manage compliance implementation workstreams and trackers
- coordinate compliance readiness for new centers, relocations, expansions, and operational changes
- organize training rollouts and completion tracking
- maintain implementation tools, standards, and procedures
- supervise assigned Compliance Analysts
- and coordinate with operations, facilities, credentialing, clinical operations, billing, HR, IT, and other partners.
