What you'll do

• Prepare the facility and equipment
• coordinate supplies, vendors, referral marketing, and practice management system setup
• review budgets, expenses, KPIs, and opening targets
• support hiring, training, staffing plans, and schedules
• lead coaching and performance management
• develop local growth initiatives
• improve patient flow and client experience
• manage inventory, purchasing, payroll, compliance, vendor relationships, budgets, and hospital performance
• partner with medical leadership on urgent and emergency workflows.
