Litigation Paralegal

The Litigation Paralegal role is based in a hybrid Center City Philadelphia, PA office. Compensation is $50,000–$75,000 per year. The law firm represents homeowners, businesses, and community associations across the Mid-Atlantic. The paralegal supports litigation partners and associates by managing discovery and case deadlines, preparing court-ready materials and drafts, coordinating proceedings, and providing legal research. This work helps attorneys prepare cases and deliver resolutions for clients.

What you'll do

• Manage discovery productions, privilege logs, and deposition files
• prepare trial exhibits and witness binders
• draft pleadings, discovery responses, and motion papers
• calendar court, arbitration, and client deadlines
• coordinate depositions, site inspections, and mediations
• conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
