What you'll do

• Welcome volunteers and residents
• provide shelter supplies and information
• complete intake paperwork and eligibility checks
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• inspect belongings entering or leaving the facility
• secure and document medications according to procedures
• enforce shelter rules and supervise chores
• communicate resident concerns and emergencies to managers
• track attendance and bed capacity
• support meal delivery and storage
• open or close the shelter
• facilitate shift reports.
