Data Entry and Customer Service Representative

The representative processes customer orders and related information in the ERP system, responds to customer and sales inquiries, and helps ensure order details, pricing, and credits are accurate and handled on time.

What you'll do

• Receive, prepare, and enter customer orders into the ERP system
• review orders for completeness and accuracy
• contact customers to take orders
• respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
• process sales representative orders, pricing, and credits
• answer product and order questions using inventory and distribution software
• perform other assigned duties.
