Maintenance Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Complete service requests from residents and office staff
• prepare apartments for occupancy
• repair or replace appliances, electrical, heating, plumbing, and safety equipment
• perform preventive maintenance
• assist with inspections of apartments, buildings, and grounds
• paint and repair or replace window screens and glass
• accompany contractors onsite as needed
• assist at other company properties when needed
• participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance and trash removal on weekends and holidays.
