• handle cash accurately

• maintain café cleanliness
• plan and execute the Lead Guide
• maintain the Shift Lead Communication Log
• direct floor workflow
• check in deliveries and file invoices
• ensure side work and Hot Corners are addressed
• manage register change, deposits, and backup bank.
