What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, feeding, transfers, ambulation, exercises, laundry, and home safety
• take and record vital signs when ordered and competency is demonstrated
• follow the care plan
• communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and the office
• document condition and report changes to the assigned nurse supervisor.
