The founding engineer sets technical direction for BMC firmware across server platforms and leads architecture, platform bring-up, release engineering, security, fleet reliability, partner engineering, and team growth to support Crusoe Cloud’s expanding GPU and CPU platforms.

What you'll do

• Define BMC architecture and stack strategy
• lead server-platform bring-up across firmware and hardware interfaces
• own build, CI/CD, signing, and release pipelines
• drive firmware security architecture
• lead technical relationships and reviews with ODM and OEM partners
• build telemetry and observability
• investigate fleet issues
• define service-level objectives and update strategies
• hire and grow the BMC team
• inform hardware roadmap and reliability investments.
