The Qualified Mental Health Professional, Mental Health Skill-Building Services role is community-based in Norfolk, VA. Pay is $30.00 per hour. The position supports Estelle’s Professional Community Services’ Mental Health Skill-Building Services program for adults living with mental health challenges. The role provides individualized, goal-directed services that help clients build everyday skills, improve stability and daily functioning, and work toward greater independence. It monitors progress and maintains required service documentation while working independently and following program requirements.

What you'll do

• Provide face-to-face community-based mental health skill-building services
• deliver training and interventions identified in each individual’s service plan
• support personal goals and adjust approaches based on needs
• maintain client records and complete intake and service documentation
• follow agency policies and applicable DMAS and DBHDS requirements.
