Field Safety Supervisor

What you'll do

• Enforce company, customer, and regulatory safety policies through site visits, communication, and education
• identify and correct safety deficiencies
• teach hands-on safety classes as needed
• build positive relationships to encourage safe work
• inspect job sites and equipment
• document and report safety practices and deficiencies
• participate in the safety and compliance hotline on-call rotation and respond to workplace incident calls
• collect incident, accident, near-miss, and reasonable-suspicion data and relay findings to management.
