Precision CAM Programmer – CNC Machining

The Precision CAM Programmer – CNC Machining role is onsite in Spring Lake, MI, with pay of $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and skill set. The role supports a custom contract manufacturing operation producing components, OEM parts, and subassemblies. The programmer translates product data and blueprints into machining work, operating CNC and other equipment to produce die components to specification. Organized documentation, safe machine operation, and timely material requests help the manufacturing operation meet schedules and quality requirements.

What you'll do

• Operate CNC equipment using product data to manufacture die components to specification
• interpret blueprints for products, dies, and checking fixtures
• document work and organize data and tool files
• request materials and resources early
• set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders, saws, and drill presses
• and run CNC machines using detailed instructions and proper ATL offsets.
