What you'll do

• Appear in court on behalf of the firm at least three days per week
• review new claims for compliance with firm and client standards
• review and approve pleadings
• occasionally draft motions and responses
• argue contested motions and conduct trials and arbitrations
• communicate with opposing counsel
• prepare or respond to discovery and oversee counterclaims.
