Multifamily Maintenance Technician

The Multifamily Maintenance Technician works onsite in Riverside, CA, on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $25 per hour. The role supports a multifamily community managed by The REMM Group. The technician completes apartment turnovers, responds to resident maintenance requests, diagnoses and repairs plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance issues, and performs preventive maintenance. The role also helps maintain property cleanliness and curb appeal, coordinates with vendors as needed, and keeps equipment and storage organized to support safe, reliable community operations.

What you'll do

• Complete apartment turnovers and may assist with minor construction projects and renovations
• respond to resident maintenance requests and document repairs in Yardi Voyager
• diagnose and resolve plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general repair issues
• perform preventive maintenance
• maintain cleanliness and curb appeal
• address routine maintenance and emergency problems if needed
• coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
• plan unit turns with the team
• organize storage facilities and equipment.
