The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — NOC Shift role is onsite in Garretson, SD. Pay starts at $20 per hour and is negotiable based on experience. Palisade Healthcare Center provides long-term care to residents. The CNA supports residents’ care plans and daily living needs, helping maintain their comfort and well-being. The role includes personal care, meal assistance, resident transport and repositioning, recording directed measurements, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Answer signal lights
• assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
• serve and collect food trays and feed residents who need help
• transport residents or assist them walking
• turn and reposition residents
• record vital signs, intake and output, and weight as directed
• complete documentation.
