What you'll do

• Oversee assigned properties and portfolios
• review financial reports and prepare owner reports
• serve as a key client contact
• supervise and develop property leaders
• prepare and monitor budgets
• inspect communities quarterly
• address resident concerns
• review leases, contracts, and property records
• negotiate contracts with corporate leadership
• prepare sites for regulatory inspections
• ensure compliance with applicable housing and other laws.
