What you'll do

• Lead strategy on liability, coverage, damages, and valuation
• make case acceptance and handling decisions
• guide treatment strategy and medical case development
• review demands and set settlement parameters
• negotiate with adjusters
• approve lien reductions and final distributions
• supervise and mentor support staff and junior attorneys
• advise clients
• collaborate with firm leadership on pre-litigation strategy.
