Manager of Maintenance Operations

What you'll do

• Own maintenance service-level response times and work-order backlog
• set field quality standards
• manage vendor capacity and relationships
• oversee department budgeting, cost control, and profitability
• manage and coach field operations, project, coordination, and technician staff
• operate department workflows in PropertyMeld, Buildium, and QuickBooks Online
• report performance to the COO.
