What you'll do

• Manage incoming and outbound calls
• conduct new client intakes for designated case types
• collect, verify, and document client information
• perform data entry and maintain records
• communicate with clients, referrals, walk-ins, and team members
• assist with front-end support and timely follow-up
• maintain confidentiality and follow firm procedures.
